On Tuesday 18th March CSC helped organise The Boleyn Trust’s inaugural inter-school chess tournament.

Grandmaster Gawain Jones gave an inspiring talk on chess strategy to 30 CSC pupils.

The CSC Newham Schools' Chess Tournament took place in June 2024 in the grand setting of Stratford Old Town Hall.
