Tutor training days are for prospective CSC tutors and any non-school staff interested in teaching chess to children. These courses run from 10am to 4pm at various locations around the country and online.
The course covers:
- About Chess in Schools and Communities - Why chess? - The Chess in Schools curriculum - Becoming a CSC tutor - Resources for teaching chess - Ideas for running a chess club - Outside competitions and connecting with other chess-playing schools - A Q&A session.
